This Privacy Policy explains how Y Property Management and Concierge Services ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application (the "App").

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you register and use the App:

• Account credentials: username and password (stored securely via Firebase Authentication)
• Profile information: villa number assigned to your account
• Usage data: app interactions collected automatically by Firebase
• Issue reports: text and optional photos you submit when reporting a technical problem

We do not collect: real name, phone number, payment information, location data, or any biometric data.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate your identity and provide access to the App
• Display villa-specific announcements, schedules, and content
• Allow you to submit maintenance or technical issue reports to villa management
• Improve the App's performance and user experience

4. Data Storage and Third-Party Services

Your data is stored using Google Firebase, a cloud platform provided by Google LLC. Firebase services we use:

• Firebase Authentication – for secure login
• Cloud Firestore – for storing announcements, schedules, and reports
• Firebase Storage – for storing images

5. Data Security

• Passwords are never stored in plain text (managed entirely by Firebase Authentication)
• Database access is restricted by Firebase Security Rules
• Admin features are protected by role-based access control

Your account data is retained as long as your villa ownership or tenancy is active. When removed by an administrator, your credentials are deleted from Firebase Authentication.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
